i think it was fairly recent, not 100% sure it is a movie, it could be a tv show

Help me identify this film, stop from going insane. It's a romantic comedy/drama about a woman who meets a man who is pretty great except he thinks he is from the future. If IMDB and Google weren't things, I'd think it starred Catherine Keener and Vince Vaughn and was directed by Nicole Holofcener, but that obviously isn't the case. It came out before 2003. I swear I'm not making it up.
