the difference is that a non-racist person will analyze their own thoughts, and think to themselves "wow, that's racist and wrong....I'm not going to let these thoughts become actions".

in terms of stereotypes, though, i already KNOW that by his choices i won't like him because he doesn't have a lick of common sense...i'm just assuming he has nothing to offer me because of choices he's made...that's more of a stereotype

it's not my fault if certain actions/choices are also closely tied with certain races, is it? i daresay you'd find more black people who act like that than white people (overall), but that doesn't change the fact that the stereotype isn't racism unless i automatically assume everyone of a particular race acts that way

I was fired from my job for being racist against white ppl. I was telling a story to a white girl. Another white girl overheard, wrote a statement. The statement was sent to HR and I was fired. I said 'white bitch'. Thats all. I didn't work in a professional environment. It was at a fucking resturant where ppl complain about their black tippers all the time.

actually the only people who can be "racist" by definition are people that hold a significant amount of social power and there is only one ethnic group in this country that fits that criteria

everyone in this country holds some sort of prejudice and a fair amount of people are discriminatory

so all white people aren't racists, it's just that there are enough that are that cause a problem for the entire ethnic group
