I did it. It took a month for it to go through, and they require doc out the ass. Like the last 3 years of paystubs and signed tax returns. You have to be under the income limit, and if your old job plus your new job puts you over that, then you have to show proof that you quit the old job. You have to pay more escrows upfront for a longer time to 'secure' the loan. Official transcript is needed as well.
