Selling a used 55 gallon fish tank with a wood stand as pictured. Also included are the following items:
- Fluval 404 Canister filter - Aquarium Salt (freshwater) - Various Water treatments - Decorative Rocks and plant - Python Brand water siphon system - Air pump w/tube and air stone - Cleaning scrub brushes - Fish net - Power strip - Outlet timer switch - Fish food
You're basically getting almost everything you'd need to start up a new tank. The tank needs a little cleaning, but it's in good shape. No Cover or Lights. I'm asking for $275 for everything.

the problem is that everything you have there you can get for around $300 new, tanks lose A LOT of value when sold used. 9/2/2008 8:52:12 PM |

A new 55 g tank and a wooden stand are about $300 new. Add the Fluval which is about $90 new. Add the Python at $40-60. Anyone looking at decor knows they are pricey. I won't even go to the food, salt, treatments, power strip, etc.
I know what you're saying, but with just the first 4 items, you're talking about $450. Add in the others and the fact that there is no hood, I think $250 is more than fair. Even with them being used.
But in the interest of selling the stuff... I'll take $200. I'm a flexible guy. 9/2/2008 9:12:14 PM |

I'll give you 200.
I've been wanting a larger aquarium for some time now.
