Anybody know anything about the work going on over there? I mean, it appears that the construction may simply be aesthetic in nature--it just seems that a significant amount of money and resources are being expended at the site in question and I'm not sure why.

^ True. But I encourage everyone who hasn't seen it to ride by and check it out--if that project's just for looks, it's a damned conspicuous expense, I say.

BULLSHIT

they were working on both sides at the same time which literally meant I had to walk in the road to get to around it. plus they had trucks parked in the turn lane. so yea it was a death trap.

I will say that it seems like they are finished with the brick and it looks fairly nice.

^ Yeah, and that intersection is dangerous, too. At least one pedestrian that I know of has been killed there, and there are wrecks all the time.

I try to avoid campus.

Too many hot women, and too much traffic.

Just thinking about campus makes me miss college.
