4th roommate needed at University Commons (On Gorman between Kaplan and Conifer). Close to both CAT and Wolfline bus stops. Rent is $275 + utilities (About $50-$60 between cable, internet, and electricity). Living room is all set, all you need is stuff for your room, which includes a private bathroom. All three (2M, 1F) of us work part-time and are going to school full-time between Wake Tech, Campbell (Law School), and NC State (Graduate school). So we aren't in very often until the evening. We are pretty laid back and enjoy hanging out, and getting out to have a good time every now and then.
