I have a Q9c. How do I get the media player to recognize mp3 file that I put on the memory card? Is there a certain folder I must put it in? Same question with ring tone.

when you insert a memory card into a windows mobile device it usually creates a directory structure on there

look for "My Music" and "My Ringtones"

do you know what format the memory card is formatted to? Fat16, Fat32?
