My HS German teacher/grandma-like character is in town and we're gonna do dinner. Typically, we go somewhere like Irregardless, the Hayes Barton Cafe, or Rockford.
This time, none of those are options because The Frau has a serious time crunch, so wherever we go has to be closer than these. Something by the airport or Brier Creek would be good, or even Morrisville. For the right restaurant (like, an equivalent of the Hayes Barton Cafe), I could go to Durham (which is where they're at today, and where they'll be heading back towards after dinner)
But I don't know anywhere to suggest. Not a chain place, please. Suggestions?
Oh, and anything asian is out - she and the Herr have both gotten sick at an asian place in the last year, and so are totally against it. I found this out by suggesting Sawasdee.  9/2/2008 10:45:50 AM
