Correct on the convention thing. That was in Vegas in March 2007. He actually does kind of talk like that normally... just not as deep and dramatic. He was an awesome guy with a great sense of humor. Also, that pic can be deceiving. He's sitting on a stool... a bunch of people asked me if he was like 5'2".

Ironically, whenever any VO wannabes asked him how they could also break into movie trailers, he'd say, "Wait 'til I die."
