Over by the brickyard that fenced in area keeps expanding and I have yet to see anyone actually doing any construction within the bounds of it. It started this summer with just a small closing over by the library entrance. Then it expanded to the grassy area by the library entrance/brickyard. Now it's extending out toward Patterson.

Tonight I drive by and it's extended further down the sidewalk opposite Patterson.

I'm convinced this is just a mind game until someone tells me otherwise.
