He means getting this bent out of shape over an overgrown rainshower isn't worth the time everyone is spending on it.

This system is a perfect reservoir/watershed refiller. That's all it ammounted to, despite efforts to make it into something more scary.

Storm Surge != Rainfall. Whether or not CB floods has nothing to do with flooding in Raleigh.

Yes, this was a weak storm, with minor flooding in Raleigh. But what does CB have to do with that?
