one time i found a credit/debit card in an ATM...i figured i basically have 3 options

1. steal it; try to use it to buy shit, withdrawl money
2. try to contact the person, get it back to them, let them know its safe
3. destroy it

option 3 takes the least amount of effort, and you're also ensuring that nobody else will maliciously use it
