Just now I was parking in a visitors space a few units down from my townhouse b.c one of my friends was having guests over. The woman that lived there an "Obama-voter" came out and told me to move because her 'home girl' was coming over and it was her visitor spot. The visitor spots are for everyone in contrast to the 2 assigned parking spots per townhouse.

Went ahead and moved my car figured was not worth telling the woman to fuck off. I could see the situation unfold now.

(Woman Calls brothers): Hey tyronne some bitch ass white boy parked in the visitor spot next to my townhouse and was talking smack to me.

I would than come back to find my A4 keyed if not worse.

This complaint is legit. Theyre scattered throughout these complexes (is that right?) randomly. Just because you have a randomly placed visitor spot does not give you any right to fucking park there. Its for visitors. Its a parking spot. Its not your spot, its not your property, you have two spots, your guests have all the visitor spots in the lot. If they have to walk 30 extra feet, well I apologize, but deal with it

Well there was a Red Mustang with Peace College on the back glass parked there in the no parking zone...so I did do a little more. I mean the description of the car says enough about the person who parked it.

I wrote a note that said "Move your fucking car Asshole! Next time I'm calling the tow truck!" Then I stuck up her windshield wipers and stuck a few pieces of paper on her antenna. I mean I didn't damage anything...as much I would have liked to slash the tires.

Technically I have two roommates. So one of us always has to have a 'visitors' spot. There are none in front of my unit; so on any given
day one of us has to park next or in front of another person's place. As a side note everyone here rents. At some locations there is 3 visitors sports in a row, other units have one, and some have none.
Our guest only had one visitor spot anyway.

I just moved to Wilmington. I was looking at paying $700-$900 to have a decent apt. by myself. Instead I ended up
moving in with one of my old high school friends paying a fraction of the rent i would have otherwise. The place is not ghetto but it is definitely a

Yeah...maybe next time I should pop off their windshield wippers with a screwdriver and just lay them there...then they have the inconviences of having to pop them back on...it would have been great today if they didn't realize it happened and they went to go use them and they didn't work in the pouring rain.


Haha, one time I put a note on a car calling them an asshole for parking in the no parking zone and there were 5 other notes there too of pissed off people. I haven't seen that car parked there anymore.

I was put in a similar situation today... I was in the KFC drive-thru and I dumped a cup of water out so I would have a cup holder available to put my drink... and the lady was like "ummm if you could not pour that out in front of the windowwww" She then walked back into the kitchen mumbling something about it stinking up the place... keep in mind it was raining outside. She then comes back with a cup of water and pours it out on the ground to supposedly clean what I had spilled, spilling some in my car... still smiling I go to grab my drink and "whoooooopsiee, looks like i've spilled pepsi all over the window counter, may I have another one please?"
