Newegg has always been awesome to me. They credited me $25 when the video card I bought didn't have the DVI to HDMI adapter it said came with it. This was like 2 weeks ago. Then I realized today that I could have gotten a free copy of Crysis with the purchase of the vid card, I just didn't add it to my order. I used the live chat on their website, and they're going to send it to me. Eggcellent customer service...

I had a buddy who RMAed his motherboard backed to newegg and left his RAM in the board. They sent it back to him in a FedEx envelope 2 days later. He didn't call them about it or anything. He just assumed he misplaced the sticks somewhere in his house. That's awesome service.
