But I don't want to wait for a mod to bump the blog thread in the lounge

It's not a secret that I'm super ridiculously happy. And content. Well, at least to people who kind of know me. I know I come across as a raging bitch often, and I do want to point out that the two are not mutually exclusive

And I've never been able to explain very well why I'm so damn happy. I kid you not, I have had a shit-eating grin on my face for upwards of 3.5 years. It started out as 'holy shit I love this dude', but I learned from him how to be happy. I really had no idea what it was like. So...I'm happy that I'm happy >.<

And I don't take anything in life for granted. Which means that so much pleases me, makes me smile, makes me wish I could do it justice via photography, and/or brings me to tears.

I simply don't even try to share this with most people. They don't think about being happy. Sometimes it's because they're not happy, and sometimes it's because it's all they've ever known. And then there are a few that know, without me having to say a word (and that's why they're BFFs)

I came across Hygge House, and was floored.

We all eventually have that choice to let all the heavy shit weigh us down or say "fuck you, my one life is gonna be a good one" and then cherish those things that make it good whether small or big.

Happiness is an action, an everyday promise to have a great last day.
