It is the top right ad's for some reason the coding waits for them to load for the rest of the page to render.

There are apparently a number of fairly simple ways to rectify this (page loads and then ads fill in whenever the ad server gets around to responding) but no response on the issue.

there have been multiple offers to assist with code maintenence/generation that have all been basically laughed at.

other than that, offering "suggestions" is really all we got.
