I've never had shaggy hair before...well not since I was 5

i need advice -- should I get it trimmed every now and then so it doesn't look like shit in the gowing out stage or should I just let nature take it's course? I have fairly short hair now, but my hair grows pretty fast. how long should I expect it to take to have a head of shag?

^^ i worked at a steakhouse for 7 years and every single shift i'd eat a half-pound burger or a big slice of prime rib and I plumped up to 235

hardcore working out in '07 and eliminating red meat (and other bad shit) in '08 and now I'm down to 170 and have kept it off for 9 months. I attribute keeping the weight off to getting rid of red meat

long hair on men is very rarely good looking and attractive. You typically need a small to medium size head and/or a small forehead.

I had mine long throughout my undergrad years at State. I cut it after graduation and never looked back since.

I haven't let my hair really grow out since I was in the 7th-8th grades. Everytime I say I'm going to let it grow again, I cut it at that ridiculous middle stage. My hair looks like complete hell and won't cooperate at all. I just can't deal with looking like an extra on Welcome Back, Kotter until it gets long enough to behave. So now, I just keep it short.
