My 77 degree apartment feels comfortable to me.

It's actually super nice right now with the windows open (10 degrees warmer in here than outside though).

well i prefer colder, but i have a roommate now and he raises it when im not around cause he likes it in the mid 70's

well i pay for all the utilities, i just got a roomie who pays for the 2nd room for super cheap for a while so i caould get a few extra bucks. So, he doesn't complain when i come home and change the thermostat
