Anyone going to this?

I preordered a couple tickets (center stage 5th row) right after the Cary show. It's halloween night which i know my stop some of you from attending. I'm definitely looking forward to it. It's probably gonna be there last local show before the Rick Rubin era begins.

I kinda want to have a costume since it is halloween and all.

Is war memorial a pretty good venue?

i've heard yays and nays on war memorial. I've personally never been there.


but it will be a much smaller show than the cary one (only about 2200 tix i think) which is why i am looking forward to it.

I missed the cary show so this may be a must see, hopefully I can invite my sister and sucker her into buying me tickets

She says their new CD is fairly good

no news or rumors yet. I'm on their msgbrd too and the buzz is that something may be planned for a big local NYE show. I really hope so. I'd love to see them back in charlotte at the visualite or something similar

i'm hoping some cheap air tix pop up so i can make it down for the show. i've got zappa plays zappa at the gramercy in nyc the day before. if i can't fly down to nc that weekend i'm going to atlantic city for david byrne... so either way it should be a great weekend.

I understand that they are good and all, but I've never been able to get into this band. I've tried but they just lack anything I consider to be outstanding.


I would like to see them live though. Maybe it would change my opinion.

I've heard mixed reviews. I love any live show i'm able to see so i would have been impressed either way.


For fans I've got great news. December has 5 shows in NC in store for us.

December 26, 27, 28 in Asheville, NC at the Orange Peel.

December 30, and 31 (NYE) in Charlotte, NC at the Belk Theatre.



I will be at one of the CLT shows i guarantee it.
