There were 2 Bums involved.

It may even have been on BumFight.com, not sure

TWW action news arrived shortly after the police were already on scene

The 2 Bums were seperated by the intersection before you get to Taco Bell and Dairy Queen.

We saw 1 walk across the street towards Cookout and shortly after that, another uniformed officer

arrived on the scene, followed by a firetruck and Cary resque squad

That guy has been here for at least a decade now and I've never seen him try to bum anything. He used to work at El Rodeo or Golden Dragon back in the day, but I don't know where he works now.

the little asain guy?

he does the same thing in front of port city java ( downtown) around 6pm always pushes the bike around cause the tires are flat

He's crippled badly. He leans on the bike's seat like a crutch and pushes it up the hills. Then he lays on it and rolls down them.
