How do you wear three different sizes of shoes?

I'd possibly be interested in the basketball shoes. Do they wear like a 11.5 or closer to a 12?

I wear between an 11 and 11.5 usually. I wore the pair that fits like a 12 for mountain biking and I had to wear an ankle brace most of the time.

I already sold the bball shoes, sorry, only thing thats been sold
