heres a tipi run to M.I.A. because its a good beat thats on pace with how i run. find music that makes you want to get off your assi pick a treadmill either in front of or behind a hottieif hes in front of me, its like im chasing him and that keeps me occupied for a few milesif hes behind me i tend to run longer because i dont want to stop breathless after 10minyou also fall asleep faster and sleep longer when you exercise!

Maybe you just need to work out more. It could be a message Let's imagine I am at the gym (which I am headed to in about 15 minutes), and you are there on the treadmill/elliptical/rowing machine. I am some mythical hottie you've seen around the place, but never talked to. How would you want me to get my flirt on, to make both our workouts better, and motivate us to keep coming back for more (I would totally work out way more often if there was regular flirting involved, of course).

yeah i wouldn't pay to do something i can do for free anywhere else, besides better chance of seeing something cool outside. I used to play frisbee outside when it was freezing cold not sure if i could bring myself to just regular jogging/running outside in that kind of weather. Other than that i'd only go to a gym to lift weights but i don't see a reason to do that really.I'm walls1441 and i approved this message.

I had the freshman 15 and started running......still run to this date...but as you get older, harder to keep it off and still eat everything....there for awhile, like all through college once I lost the 15 and more....I could wear the old ass clothes that I wore when I was a freshman in HS....lol[Edited on September 23, 2008 at 12:27 AM.
