^^Gross: Concussion. I'm guessing he'll be held out next week. Wharton played really, really well in his place though, so I'm not too worried.

Otah: Ankle sprain is all I've heard, and I don't know how serious it is. It's weird -- I thought he grabbed his knee when he first went down. Bridges played solid in relief also though, so again we should be fine.

Having two solid back up tackles (although one is a starter at G) is certainly a luxury.

Injury update,

Delhomme suffered a contusion to his right quad in the 1st quarter which caused a noticeable limp. Which is why McCown came in for the kneel downs.

Otah has a sprained ankle and says he is fine, said he would have been able to come in had somebody else on the line got hurt

Gross has a concussion but was lucid at halftime and talking to teammates. He may be held out next week.

I may actually be going to this game. This will be the first time I've seen the Panthers in Charlotte. Saw them once in Jacksonville a few years back. I'll have to get scalped tix though. What does an average scalped seat go for on game day???

Carolina should win this game without too much trouble, since it is at home and the Panthers have an actual defense.

Forget about last week, KC is a bad team. Limit LJ to less than 100 yards and it'll be a piece of cake.

Kansas City isn't good, but they're not as bad as they once seemed. They've got some serious speed on defense and Larry Johnson has been playing pretty well since blasting the organization.

Still, as long as Damon Huard doesn't magically learn how to play quarterback, we should be fine.

and if u dont think there is steelers favoritism in the media, consider the fact that 2 of their 3 wins came in the following manner: 1 in an absolutely pathetic game against the browns (both teams were horrible) and the 2nd via rookie QB freaking a shit on MNF.
