24' van, 3 guys, local move which took about 4 hours to do.

I paid 350 bucks, and didn't lift a thing...well, except for packing and staging, and then setting up at my new house. They took care of all the rest. Not bad considering we had the equivalent of 2 bedrooms, 1 living room, a den/office, and the dining room which was really my GF's sewing room. Oh, and our patio furniture.

Totally worth it. Guy told me to pass on his number, so if you need, PM me.

Oh...and I got all the carpets cleaned for under 200 dolla. Well worth not having to fuck with.

Other than all that, moving is a bitch. So is renovating an older house.

i cant recall the exact timeframe, but if you live in an apartment for more than like 4 years the leasing company / landlord are required to replace the carpet for the next tenant
