if it's bright red, it could be stress related. try switching her to a diet of rice and boiled chicken. if that doesn't work, take her in. if it is black, tarry stool she needs to be seen by a vet right away.

she was spayed.

blood is dark colored so its her belly

their plan is to "wait and see" because his girlfriends dog ate something and cut her stomach once, and the vet did nothing but give them special dog food.
