If by "asked out" you mean invited to meet up somewhere with the implicit understanding that she wants to hook up, then fairly often. Once or twice a week maybe. Usually happens via text, and it's usually repeat customers.

If you mean asked out to dinner or a movie or something, almost never. Maybe once a year.

Very, very rarely.

But I did last week from a girl at school. She was cute, too. She just asked if I wanted to get a drink with her but I had to turn her down (a. I'm not single and b. I was way too busy and don't live near the campus)... plus she is like 4 years younger.
