tired of making do with a mass-produced MDF piece of shit
a) can i get by with veneer core or should i go with lumber core ply... b) i'd like to go with a hardwood if i can... which variety is the best value? shit gets expensive in a hurry... c) anyone ever worked with appleply? d) any tips on ripping without splintering the veneer? 10/6/2008 6:45:43 PM |

my next desk is going to be made out of multi ply birch.
i dont mind the edge at all. i actually kind of like it.

I am an advocate of systems furniture. you can make any set up you want without having to do anything except screw it together.

i was too, thats why i went to the georgia state surplus
i have an allsteel desk from the georgia dnr that is just about perfect for $15 bucks
