I don't know if you guys understand how the tax system works, but he wouldn't get taxed anymore UNTIL he reaches 250K, and only the amount he makes OVER 250K will be taxed at a higher rater. This doesn't affect ones' motivation to work hard and make more money unless they are inherently retarded.
