Honestly, I hate this time of year. It's rather depressing.

except maybe falling leaves because they get all over my driveway and it pisses me off

^^^^ agreed on all accounts. I like it just cold enough where you need a sweater/jacket but I'm not freezing my ass off. and the smell of wood burning is awesome on a cold night.

^^ I can see that too but it also happens to be the time of year I am the most creative (at least most of the music i have written ends up being written during fall and winter)

didnt say the heat needed to be on, my thermostat did

i turned it off because I didnt really feel like I need it, but it kicked on is all I said. And yea I dont use much heat in the winter, I generally just bundle up to save money. But I have still had my summer temperature set (76) so tonight it got chilly enough for the heat to kick on to stay at that (which means its time to turn it down to my winter temperature)

it's the annoying time of year when you need a heavy coat in the morning, but then it gets up to like 70 in the middle of the day.

in boone, anyhow.

I love coats and sweaters and hats and scarves
hot chocolate
homemade soups and stews
pumpkin flavored everything!
fires and smells of burning leaves and wood
all the outside animals at work have their soft winter coats coming in

I love the weather

but hate it being dark when I go to work and almost dark when I get home

another month or two and it'll be pitch black at both times

I find them to be good fall/winter music too

Although Mineral's "EndSerenading" is probably my favorite wintertime record.
