Ya, this is also the guy that helped pass legislation to disclose all earmarks, then, when asked why it was so hard to find out how much pork he had put into the latest defense bill, he responded, "tough shit".

Oh, and he accused our soldiers in Haditha of murdering innocent civilians in cold blood before getting all the facts. The soldiers were later found to be completely innocent.
