^I'm a producer. I know these things. And I can pretty much determine the winners/losers within the first 5 minutes of each show. Bravo's editors are a little predictable.

I really want Danny to go home tonight. His personality is absolutely off-putting. And Melissa is pretty non-existent. I'd be fine if she left now.

Let's hope Eugene pulls out a Spam dish pretty soon. According to Lee Ann Wong's blog (she was a contestant from Season 1 and is currently a producer for the show), he can work wonders with Spam. It's a Hawaiian thing, apparently.

BTW--I'm going to DC next week and I'm super excited to go to Spike's (last season's villain) restaurant, Good Stuff Eatery. http://www.goodstuffeatery.com/

Stefan's lesbo crush is quite intriguing. And who would've thunk that Leah and Hosea have sig others at home.

On to the food, I really hoped that Jeff's carpaccio would win. That sounded so yummy. But thank GOD Danny is gone!

Spike and Lisa were last season's villains. Don't you remember the episode where they cooked for the Chicago Police Department? He tried to sabotage the competition by choosing ingredients to intentionally screw over his competition. He failed, but he definitely came across as a less-than-sportsmanlike competitor.

And Fabio had some great sound bytes last night.

i didn't think the appliances were the same at the restaurant war bit.

i also kind of assumed that the shitty appliances were planted to see how the teams dealt with the unplanned problems that come with running a restaurant (maybe i was reading a little too much into it, i don't know)

I think Leah is on the chopping block next--nothing she's done has particularly impressed me, she just hasn't managed to fuck up spectacularly quite yet.

This past episode was, hands-down, the best for sound bytes. Probably because Carla, Fabio and Stefan have given the best sound bytes all season anyway. From Fabio talking about cutting off his thumb to Carla's tortoise impression, this episode was absolutely hilarious.

in the judging it seemed like colicchio was trying to focus more attention on leah even though everyone else had more bad things to say about stefan.

Of the three left I'd like to see Carla win also. Stefan is hilarious, but he's hilarous because he's a dick. So I can't wish for him to win, even if he's talented. Hosea is ok, but I think he's outclassed by the other 2.

poor Carla. she was such a trip and class act. a lot of people would have tried to place the blame on Casey and she didn't, then Casey went and slammed her and is now trying to backpedal her ass out of it.

as big of a douche Stefan could be, he deserved the win. nice to see him try to comfort Carla at the end too.
