I wish Dole would just be ousted by her own party and simply replaced by a Republican or Libertarian. Kay Hagan is only slightly better than Dole.

Can a party even do that? An incumbent that ends up being so bad that their own party says "No, you're not running again, here's your replacement"... Is that allowed?
