I'm sorry I was under the impression that it was the job of the media to conduct tough interviews. I have no more problem with her doing this than Couric and Gibson making a fool of Palin on TV. Biden is considerably more adept at handling this than Palin would be and Couric and Gibson are obviously more sophisticated than West, but I have no problem with the essential premise.

I think there's a pretty significant difference. Couric was poking holes in McCain/Palin's campaign. This West lady was spouting about Marxists and Socialists...a little much if you ask me.

Barbara West is intentionally going after Biden in an attempt to antagonize him and make a fool out of him. He is extremely adept and handling her.

Gibson and Couric did not intentionally go after Palin in the same way. They asked Palin simple questions about issues that she should be familiar with and she was unprepared. They asked question in an attempt to get her off of her speaking points and Palin showed that she doesn't know anything outside of her rehearsed speaking points.

But they're not even good questions. If she had used better questions instead of intentionally going after the Obama campaign, then maybe she would have been able to stump him up a little better.

But because she was being a dumb cunt, she made herself look stupid when Biden answered every question perfectly. It's actually a horrible interview on her part because she got owned.
