judging from the huge new dent in my trunk and the swelling in my fist, I need to consider some anger management techniques.

what are some ways those of you who are prone to anger problems have found to deal with sudden, overwhelming urges to break everything in sight?

generally speaking the best I seem to manage is to find something slightly less fragile to break than the object of my frustration ...

sidestep over like 5 feet and whammy the trunk of the dude parked next to you instead

unless it's my car, in which case don't do that

Run until you can't breathe any more.

Listen to metal.

Lift weights until your muscles feel like jello.

Drink until you can't see straight.

Anger runs/ Hit the gym.

you'll get your frustrations out and look and feel good. win win situation.

when I get angry, I usually just let girls push me around and beat me up. Then I'll curl up in a ball and cry a lot

anxiety medication generally takes the form of a depressant, a class of substances under the umbrella of which alcohol also falls. if I had any booze I'd already be drinking
