^Now I mostly hang out at the Tackle Box. Within walking distance from my house and most of my friends hang out there. Although I've also kinda cut down on going out as much as I used to. I've calmed down in the last few months.

^^Well I'm going on either I have a kidney infection of I just have lower back pain from being tired. Hoping all I need is a good nights sleep and a heating pad and I'll feel better tomorrow.

I have been a little sleep deprived lately. And I do sit all day long in a chair. Those things could certainly contribute to lower pack pain.

But I've also been feeling very lightheaded and kinda dizzy all day.



^It will be a while before I come to Raleigh again. Not much money since I don't have a car and I need to buy a new car, and I have several trips planned for Ocean City this summer so I'm keeping my road trips to non Ocean City places to a minimum.

I bet it would be...if you were flexible enough...but not bending backwards...probably more if you lay on your stomach and arch backwards while at the same time twisting your back and turning your head over your shoulder

I only say that because I just tried and I decided that if I was a little more flexible it would be possible
