Because some of us are actually alumni of CHS perhaps? I, however, did not attend because I had to work and my sister informed me that the band sucked this year. But it was a very nice day for a band competition. I've been to some down right cold Cary Band Days in my time.

I might consider thinking about going... if our band hadn't been robbed of our grand champion trophy back when I was in high school, and then the next year sent the ex-drum tech from Cary to be our band director, who subsequently shit all over what was once a good program through his complete lack of musical ability, and who then (from what I hear and laughed at... this next bit is after I graduated) became engaged to his ex-drum major (14 year age gap ) and moved to Kentucky with her...

Seriously, that dude was hilariously fucked up. I blame Cary HS.
