they could have done a better job putting up signs letting people know what routes were open. all of the N/S routes were closed and you didn't know till you got stuck in traffic at one and went to another that was also closed.

they only had signs on the major east/west thoroughfares. the problem was all of the n/s routes were cut and you didn't know till you got to something blocking your path

I ran a half on saturday morning in charlotte and they had signs posted on every street we ran on and there were still people all pissy because we delayed them for a small amount of time.
