Yeah, so I was falling asleep last night listening to some music and I was in that stage where you're asleep, but still kind of conscious of what's going on around you. Well, I don't know how but I had already slipped into a dream (isn't that impossible?) about getting drunk at my old house or something. Anyway, I walked into a bathroom and there was like a 3 foot tall alien standing in there. I remember jumping back like 10 feet and then I don't remember anything, just waking up. I wake up with the music still playing and I'm feeling paralyzed with fear in my bed. It took me a few seconds to realize it was a dream and after that it takes me a minute or two to slow my heart rate back down enough to be able to fall back asleep.

It wasn't so much the concept of the alien that scared me, I've had dreams about them before. But it was just the vividness with which I can recall it that was the really frightening thing.

It seemed like it could have possibly been a memory. But I don't think I could ever just forget something like that. The mind is a mysterious, scary place though.

I also take comfort in knowing that there's absolutely nothing I can do to stop them no matter what.

i've been having weird, vivid dreams lately. and i have remembered a lot of them, too. last night i had a really freaky dream. i was having one dream about something random (can't recall what, atm) and i woke up (in my dream, but it seemed so real) and it felt like i was lying on rocks or something and i could feel wind and hear leaves rustling and stuff, but i couldn't move a lot so i had a hard time seeing where i was, but i finally was able to make out old crumbling headstones and realized that i was laying on the ground in an old graveyard. it was so vivid and so scary and i couldn't figure out how i got from my bed to the ground in a graveyard...but it really felt like i was lying on rocks and like i could feel the wind blowing and everything...

I had a dream that I learned how to kill pigs. They would stick them on a pan filled with about an inch or two of water and then would electrocute them. Someone said you watch the eyes to know it's dead, they turn from a milky white to a crispy brown. Was sick.

My other detailed dream dealt with discovering why southern flowers were brighter than northern flowers using UV light. I don't know where my brain comes up with this shit....

i was almost asleep one time and then i thought i felt the bed move to my left like someone was getting in it and moving over me to the right side of the bed and i opened my eyes and thought i saw a little bald guy squatting next to me staring at me so i said "what the fuck?" and after my eyes adjusted there was nothing there.

yeah so then there was this other time where i was asleep and i had this dream that this big black hornet thing was after me and it landed on my shoulder and right as it was about to sting me i woke up and thought i saw it on my shoulder so i flipped shit and fell out of my bed and crawled into my bathroom really fast and slammed the door and went back into my room a few minutes later looking for the hornet but it wasn't really ever there.
