22 precincts left, and all in democratic counties at the moment

Buncombe is up 18k (17 precincts left)
Mecklenburg is up 100k (2 precincts left)
Wilson is up only 2k (3 precincts left)

but if these trends hold, Obama will win NC

even then, 2286 registered voters in 50 and 6094 registered voters in 211

even if they all voted McCain, NC would still be blue
