so the 97 model is the best of that kind of car? what makes it so much better than say the 96 model or the 98 model?

I don't think they ever sold a 1996 ITR in the US. I mean, maybe they did, but I didn't think so.

everyones got their opinions...

like saab said, the 97 model was the first to be produced in the US.

the 98 model was the year that they changed the body design a tad bit, and thats the style i like.

98-01 bodystyle is the same. colors are different..

THE SRT-4 SON.

The first year, 2003, the SRT-4 didn't have the Quaife LSD and it was the only year yellow was offered that I know of. The 2004 and 2005 models came with a Quaife LSD. The 2004 was the only year the SRT-4 was offered in "Electric Blue." The 2004 E-Blue was the model I owned. Then in 2005 they offered what they referred to as "Burnt Orange" or something to replace the previous year's E-Blue offering. An ACR model was available during 2005, but only in white with different shocks and wheels IIRC.
