I think if a bear, rhino, or a hippo is let loose behind Usain and other world-class sprinters, we can see times as low as 9 sec for the 100 m sprint. Maybe even lower. Heck, they could throw some female sprinters into the mix as well, and the stagnant 100 m women's record (~20 years old?) would be broken in a flash (even without the chasing animal).
