These are the same people that fly past you in the left lane on Hillsborough going toward campus, and then nearly hit me trying to merge over at the last second when the left lane ends by the Lodge. I can understand that being a shock to someone who's never driven there, as left lanes don't often end randomly, but you just know a bunch of them couldn't be troubled to get over earlier.
