THis posting is for someone I know who has started a side business selling apparell. He needs a simple website built and perhaps a simple logo pack to brand the company. He lives in Raleigh and needs this ASAP but has no idea where to start or more importantly, who to go to that he can trust. He has googled a couple local firms but I thought maybe some of you did this on the side or know of reputable places that do this for SMB's.

Basic requirements of the site:
-Landing page
-4-5 subpages with the apparell subcategories/brands
-A shopping cart
-Simple enough where the framework could be built and he could make changes as the inventory/products roll
