So I was jogging the indoor track this morning and as I came to pass this chick up, she suddenly accelerated and couldn't sustain it for long as I would catch up to her again. She kept this up for about 3 laps until she couldn't pull away and continued at my pace for another few laps but would never let me pass. She then built up another lead and then tripped and buster her ass on the floor, dropped the Ipod etc. She was slowly getting up but I just passed her by rather than stopping to see if she was OK. She definitely wasn't doing any HIIT training, she just seemed to be blocking my pass attempts.
