Seriously WTH. They are talking to parents (mostly dads) who are discussing the girls vow to not have intimate relationship before marriage, even to the extent of not kissing or dating one on one. It looks like just another way to shelter kids from the reality of human relationships and emotions that go along with them, not just sex.
