Due to job offers outside of the state, my roommate and I are having to terminate our lease early and need people to fill our spots so we won't have to continue paying rent. We live on the second floor of the two story unit, with woods as our backyard. There is also a small deck and a porch attached.

It's located about 5 minutes from Crossroads/Cary Towne Center, less than a mile from I-40, as well as about 10 minutes from NC State's campus. The apartment complex is Angel Court. It's a very quiet neighborhood, and quiet neighbors too since there are only 4 apartments per building. We are clean and non smokers so we've kept the unit in good condition. Our unit is a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom, with lots of kitchen storage space, a washer/dryer included, wood burning fire place, dishwasher, brand new carpet installed in July, as well as internet and all utilities already hooked up. All it would require is to change the names on the contract for the different companies. All in all we pay on average about $430 each per month. It's a wonderful place for one person, or roommates.
