I'm in thermodynamics and transport in CHE

there is a mae class that uses thermo and fluids apparently

MSE has a thermo class, and I'm sure other engineering majors have their own versions

so if you could say which one it was, that'd be good

I don't necessarily know the title of the book we use

that's the heat transfer (310) book. in 412 (heat exchanger design) you use this textbook and the fluids (308) textbook, for both homework and theory. hang on to them, you'll need 'em.

You're supposed to also need to keep Boles' thermo book, but I don't see why, except that the steam tables keep randomly being useful for things that are not really thermo related at all.

unless you're changing majors, you need to keep this book rather than having to buy it later
