What are the rules for lighting the bell tower red, i have noticed that not all varsity sports get rewarded with a red tower. Is it just basketball and football?

^ I think so. I used to work/perform at Goodnight's on Wednesdays and would always walk back to a red tower. I used to pretend it was because I did a good set, but really it's because WBB won.

they should keep it lit red for the rest of the year after we kicked UNC's as by 31 points in their own stadium.

I wonder what some of these alternate celebrations have been.

I think it was something like this:

We've got new red filters!
RD was suspended again!
UNC did something abnormally gay!
The Nevada Wolf Pack has won!
Tuition has been raised!

Ha, I support 31 days of red.

I remember driving down Hillsborough Street the night of the Duke game, and it was NOT lit red though.
