yeah but i dont know all the words to some songs...if i get a cd+g karaoke machine not only can i learn the lyrics, but i can get good at singing them...plus they shade the words as you are supposed to say them...plus on the radio they have lyrics...cd+g discs only have the intrumentals and the words

^^ uh, but if you listen to the real songs you wont need some machine to shade or bold words as you are supposed to sing/say them because youll be HEARING exactly how you are supposed to say them ha.

and lyrics can be learned easily by listening or from a free lyric site. I just cant see this being a worthwhile purchase simply to "practice" karaoke for someone who, if i remember correctly, has talked about not having much money to spend in the past.
