limit the number of consecutive line feeds in a post

when several people start adding "suspense" to their otherwise retarded, witless drivel in a thread it becomes practically impossible to read

perhaps add a [suspense] tag or something with mouseover text to satiate the masses, but god damn this 230498 blank page shit is irritating
